The holiday apartment is available for a minimum of two week rental period. Short-term rentals (shorter than 2 weeks) are NOT possible.

House rules

No pets, no children, no parties. This is a peaceful residential complex. Minimum age of main tenant 30 years.

The penthouse in Denia was stunning! Breathtaking views and a short walk to the beach.
